"Had a new home built in Huntsville in ‘24. Of all the contractors and subcontractors AirPro was easily the best to work with. Always promp. Great communication. They installed 3 HVAC units as well as all the ductwork. One of the units stopped working. I called and they were at my house within the hour. They had to order a part under warranty. But got the unit running in the meantime. Told me how long it should take for the part to come in. Then called the day before it was supposed to be delivered to let me know it was going to be delayed a day because of a shipping problem. When it came in he let me know. Told me what time he would be at my home. Pulled into my driveway 1 minute early. Also as someone who grew up in Florida and never had a heat pump nor temperatures in the teens when I called because the outside unit was making a loud racket. He explained that it was probably the defrost on it making the noise. But he still came out to make sure. Giving my wife and I peace of mind. They explained how it worked. And why it was making the noises. I highly recommend AirPro."

"Our air unit stopped blowing cold air late Saturday night. We didn't know who to call for this type repair, so on Sunday we called friends and received a glowing recommendation for Troy @ Air Pro Cooling and Heating. I called and left a message on Sunday afternoon for a callback on Monday, to schedule an appointment. Troy called back same day and set up to come out this morning. He resolved our air conditioner issues and had us back up and cooling. YAY! Great service, super nice, quick response, quality work, very knowledgeable!!!"
